  • How does the training work?

    • Course lessons are delivered in short, bite sized, video clips - that can be replayed.
    • You can follow these videos and complete the tasks with the trainer in the downloadable, follow-along workbook.
    • Should you have any questions related to the course, you can post a question on the course discussion board and a trainer will get back to you.
    • We also run fortnightly E-Classroom sessions to answer any additional or commonly asked questions. You will receive a notification, and access, for these the day before they are run.

  • What version of MS Excel is required?

    You will be able to complete the courses using MS Excel 2010 and above, however some advanced features may not be available in versions earlier than the course recommended versions below:

    Beginner: MS Excel 2010 & above
    Intermediate & Advanced - MS Excel 2013 & above MS Excel Automation & Data Analysis - MS Excel 2016 & Above

  • How do I create a new account?

    You can select the Free Sign Up button on the ONLINE HOME page banner, or you can select the SIGN IN menu option and select Create New Account (found at the bottom of the Sign In page).

  • How do I enrol and pay for a course?

    Option 1. You can enrol and pay online (using Pay Fast), by clicking on the course of your choice and selecting the “Enrol & Pay” button.

    Option 2. You can send us an email with your invoice details, the course/s you would like to enrol for, and we will generate an invoice for you and you can pay via EFT.

    Option 3. For Corporate or Group bookings, please contact us.

  • How can I find out more about a course?

    You can select the ALL COURSES menu option, select the course you are interested in and then scroll down the Course Landing page. This page displays the course Sections and Lessons - which details what is covered.

  • How long do I have to complete a course?

    You have 3 Months access to complete a course. If you would like to extend your access to 1 year, with all the course benefits, you can pay a small extension fee - please contact us directly for details.

  • How do I extend access to a course?

  • How do I access the courses I have enroled for?

    Once you have enroled in a course, you will be able to access your courses from the MY DASHBOARD menu option.

  • What happens if I forget my password?

    If you forget your password, there is a password reminder option on the SIGN IN page. A link will be emailed to you so that you can reset your password.
